1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PADDI LTD ("PADDI LTD", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC No. 8608489). By accessing our website at paddi.tech or creating an account or using the PADDI software application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Our service

PADDI LTD provides the PADDI software application and related technological platforms, enabling individuals and business entities to obtain and manage a second phone number for placing calls, transmitting text messages, and receiving communication alerts. Features and service availability may be updated, modified, or discontinued from time to time to enhance platform performance. All information published on this website is for general informational purposes only.

PADDI is available in early access for selected users. Features, availability and pricing may be updated as we expand access to more users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account or use the PADDI software application. By registering for or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Your account and security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passcodes, and verification tokens. You agree to notify PADDI LTD immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Your number

Telephone numbers allocated to you via the PADDI platform are provided solely for your active use under these terms and are not owned by you. You do not acquire any proprietary title, trademark, or ownership rights in any allocated telephone number. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or reassign numbers that are inactive, associated with unpaid subscriptions, or used in breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Messaging terms

By providing your phone number and opting in you agree to receive account notifications, verification codes, missed-call and voicemail alerts, renewal reminders and support messages. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may withdraw your messaging consent at any time by replying STOP to any automated SMS from PADDI LTD or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our software application and numbers strictly for lawful and ethical communications. You explicitly agree NOT to engage in:

Unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive use.
Spam, telemarketing without consent, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Impersonating any individual, entity, or governmental organization without authorization.
Use intended to evade security controls, authentication systems, or fraud detection mechanisms of other services or platforms.
Interfering with, disrupting, reverse engineering, or degrading the service, networks, or servers of PADDI LTD or our telecommunications infrastructure partners.

PADDI LTD reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of these acceptable use policies without prior notice.

8. Fees and payments

Where fees apply, they will be shown before you buy. During early access, some features may be offered without charge.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the PADDI software application, logos, website layout, trademarks, code, and documentation remain the exclusive property of PADDI LTD. Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the PADDI application for your personal or business use.

10. Disclaimers

The PADDI software and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that service operations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of delays.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PADDI LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to use the service.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by stopping your use of the application and cancelling any paid plan, where applicable. PADDI LTD may suspend or terminate your account and reclaim allocated numbers immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service or if required by applicable statutory authority.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the software after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of PADDI software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
